Only welding on the chassis was a pair of new bulkhead outriggers
Totally rot free with lots of paint and then waxoiled
Fitted with late rot free bulk head with no air vents to leak in ,
Fitted with rot free seat box (ex army)
New battery , starter motor ect ect ect and shes fully 12 volts
Every suspension bush replaced
All new springs and shockers
Every brake part renewed and I mean every part!
Every oil seal replaced all new oils
Professionally converted to 5.9 cummins 6bt with auto box
Engine is a cummins 6 bt , ti 160 ex daf 45
Bonnet is a genuine land rover all steel (not fiberglass)
Fitted with rare 1:1 ratio transfer box
Fitted with volvo leather front seats
And a pair of exmoor trim folding seats in the rear(with seat belts ) making her a full 4 seater
Has been absolutely trouble free last 3.5 years
Returns 25 mpg
Super at towing
Cruises at 70 mph with ease
